652111 2008-03-23 22:16:00 Room in your garage for another?

With the change left over from your new acquisition you may like to purchase this little beauty.

"This aircraft is not currently flying."

Meaning that it's a sentimental lump of metal unless you've got the purchase price plus another $3,000,000, a team of specialists and 3,000 man-hours to spare...

Although Ja1267 is a running concern, the disadvantage is where to run it. The Supermarine does not need the sky put in place - it's already there - but Ja1267 needs a couple of rails more than a few kilometres long.:D

it would only take a team of 20-30 working weekends for a few years to do a full re-build.....
it's called a hobby.....

you can get into this hobby for 50k or less.(mabe not for this aircraft)

if you have a team of 30 people who all chip in 2k you have 60K for buying a toy.
