795237 2009-07-26 02:15:00 Make sure its not running try again. If it still wont work. Delete its folder/s then use ccleaner (its registry option) or glary utilties, to remove the rest of it Speedy Gonzales (78)

you can't directly delete the folder while the software is installed, right? cos the system will not allow you.
So, i guess i have to uninstall it first.
or any other way?

795239 2009-07-26 02:28:00 Well there's no other way to uninstall it, if uninstalling it doesnt work.

Thats why you use ccleaners registry option or glary utils to remove the rest of it

795240 2009-07-26 02:29:00 Use this:

http://www.revouninstaller.com/

When it doesn't open, click next in revo and it'll scan for leftover files and registry entries.

Don't do this manually unless you know what you're doing!

But does it removes Norton's? :D

Even if it does not get rid of Nortons, it is free and has an excellent Softpedia and CNET ratings.

Thanks Blam !

795243 2009-07-26 05:28:00 Removes any program.

I usually have to run the "Advanced" uninstaller when removing Nortons:D
