653700 2008-03-28 20:11:00 The drivers did nothing but crash here as well. On XP

One reason why I got ATI cards

653701 2008-03-28 20:13:00 Does this prob affect nVidia/Asus boards (eg Asus 8800GT)? jwil1 (65)
653702 2008-03-29 01:00:00 Doesn't matter what brand of drivers or OS they are - drivers can and will cause crashes. wainuitech (129)
653703 2008-03-29 03:16:00 "nearly 30% of logged Vista crashes were due to NVIDIA driver problems, according to Microsoft data included in the bundle"

And we should believe MS then? Of course its not their fault, nothing ever is.

653704 2008-03-29 06:29:00 The other 70% + of the problems were found to be caused by systems that had an energised PSU. It is that pesky electricity that interferes with a crash-free record for Vista. No power, no crash. Sweet as. And carbon friendly too. Of course, it doesn't help with the computing, but that's not what Vista is for. ;) R2x1 (4628)

You know, in the pie-chart, there is also a MS section.

Its not like they've gone "None of its our fault"

BTW, to anyone doubting the truthfulness of these documents, these statistics have been obtained by the EU Court of Justice as evidence into the ongoing investigation of MS. I don't think they;re going to be lying to the EU especially after all the big fines.

653706 2008-03-29 08:11:00 I'm not surprised. Many of crash-cause-list on Vista are parts of Nvidia drivers.

Great cards, but crap drivers.

653707 2008-03-29 08:23:00 Gee. I recently installed Windows Vista Ulitmate x64 along with nVidia drivers.
Possibly I did something wrong.

653708 2008-03-29 08:54:00 I didn't do either :( That was probably wrong as well. R2x1 (4628)
