| 795842 | 2009-07-28 01:36:00 | I run Windows XP with SP2. For some unknown reason when I go to shut down my computer I get "End Programme - WMS idle" box up and have to select "end now"to get it to complete the shut down. Don't know how I did this but it is getting annoying! Is there a fix to undo whatever I did wrong in the first place? Thanks to all you clever people. Mervyn |

This opens Nero Scout Options window. On the left hand column, click Indexing --> Folders. Then at the bottom click Clear All. Then click Apply. At the top left hand corner of the window uncheck the box where it says Unable Nero Scout. Then click Apply. Then click OK. This will solve the WMS Idle not responding which appears everytime when shutting down |
