| 654661 | 2008-04-01 08:31:00 | I went to Ihug from Orcon. Still not sure if that was a mistake but still use my free Orcon web-mail address so never look at my Ihug one. Any way all was sweet for a couple of months or so, then I got letter saying that they were no longer going to send out a bill because they were an 'on-line' business. If I wanted a posted bill it would cost me $1.50 a pop! Since when does one have to pay someone to send you a bill. My electricity, rates and a myriad others post bills as normal practise. Even Telecom send me bill! If Ihug feel they need to charge for the effort then that should be reflected in there overall charges. Maybe when I go shopping I should offer to toss teller a couple of extra bucks for printing out a receipt. When this first happened I emailed Ihug to complain and laid out my objections but never got a reply, funny that! PS, When I don't pay for a couple of months or so they DO send a reminder bill! |

That’s UK businesses for you. Also for a communication company, their service and communication is terrible. I guess that’s why they feature regularly on fair go. Vodafone kills off a kiwi icon (ihug) . RIP ihug brand |

| 654663 | 2008-04-01 17:59:00 | Yes Vodaphone do suck. For a while they would not tell me what mobile plan I was on,without me sending in some form with my privacy details. (It is not a state secret ?). And yes their web sites are SO HARD to find your way round (like most big multi-nationals) |

| 654664 | 2008-04-01 22:56:00 | I had no problems at all logging in to Ihug Webmail & checking my Ihug usage.. its pretty much identical to before, just one extra "click" really..! Dont see what the problem is personally, not worth all the complaining IMO |
