2009-08-01 01:49:00 | I'm currently setting up my new laptop (the new HDD for the desktop is some days away yet :( ). New OS - Vista Home Premium. Still getting to grips with some of it's nagging behaviour! What do you guys (and gals too, of course) use to play your DVDs on your 'puter? I previously used Nero 6 - can't remember the exact name, was it Showtime? I will need 'whatever' to be reasonably quick and uncomplicated to use in a relatively public environment! As aways - TIA. :)

2009-08-01 01:53:00 | Media player classic and or VLC are my two choices as between them they just about cover everything, and for burning I use Burnaware free or CDbruner XP which despite the name is not just for XP | gary67 (56) | |
2009-08-01 01:56:00 | VLC or WMP WinDVD probably came with your laptop, you could use that too. Blam

2009-08-01 03:33:00 | Media player classic, mainly because you can adjust the screen size in every direction. | wainuitech (129) | |
2009-08-01 04:23:00 | And if you don't want to install any extra software, Windows Media Center does the job too (as I see you are/will be using Vista Home Premium), | Sherman (9181) | |
