| 796383 | 2009-07-29 23:49:00 | Laptop drops broadband connection Tried the laptop on another broadband system: passed (55min, 33min) Tried the customers modem with a different broadband account: passed Reset the customers new adsl modem with customers username and new password: partially worked, stayed connected but stalled on Windows updates Changed to the other broadband system, windows updated smoothly & successfully Variety of malware scans: clean Only difference is the ISP customers ISP: Telecom other ISP: TelstraClear any suggestions? |

| 796388 | 2009-07-30 01:35:00 | Have you tried your customers details on a different ( Known working) Modem, but using their Username/Password for Telecom ? This will test if its the modem not liking Telecom (wouldn't blame it) :p or the telecom account someplace. |
