655334 2008-04-09 21:31:00 Come to think about it, I don't think I can organise and attend two meetups. At most I can just chuck in a date and a time, but for one the meetups you would have to sort out who's going to be the watch-out person for others to spot on.

I will just stick with at the end of June or early July.

R2x1: Perhaps you can quote a date and place convenient for Laura?

Cheers :)

655335 2008-04-09 22:55:00 How about mid-day in the Britomart entrance foyer on Sat. April the 25th? We can run off to a desirable eatery from there. R2x1 (4628)
655336 2008-04-10 02:29:00 The meeting place sounds fine, but not the date.
I don't expect to get to Auckland until around 5th May.
(And April 25th is Anzac Day. And it's a Friday)

655337 2008-04-10 11:01:00 I knew that, it is just I have a rather strange way of spelling 10th of May.

In my defence, I got the year pretty accurate.

Does 10th of May (this year) sound like a good day for it? Even if we don't get any Anzac Biscuits.

655339 2008-04-11 00:26:00 OK, I'm writing 10th May in my diary.

Though I do sympathise with Beeswax that it's a long way ahead, I'm heading to Wgtn on Tuesday.
And although I expect to have access to computers at times along the way, can't guarantee frequent updates on this.
Hence putting aside my normal procrastination...

But that date isn't set in stone if it doesn't suit others.

Hey, can you check up on cafes and bars for a nice venue within the city for Sunday :clap

Trax sounds like a decent place.

Wrong thread, bob.
This the Auckland one.
I only mentioned Wellington because I'm going there first.

655342 2008-04-11 05:16:00 Isn't Wellington somewhere in South Auckland? ;) R2x1 (4628)

Just about R2, just about. Nelson is also becoming a suburb of South Auckland far too quickly... ;)
