654883 2008-04-01 03:19:00 I see a big sign up in Harvey Norman today stating that anyone paying by credit card that has a Signature instead of a PIN then they must produce a Photo ID.

This is a new one to me but I guess it makes sense.

654884 2008-04-01 04:05:00 Yep sure does esp with all the stolen credit cards these days.

How many times if you sign a credit card or Places like farmers do they actually give it a good look - Lots of peoples signature change all the time.

On several occasions when using the farmers card ( more like the Mrs says we need this that or the other wheres the card - sign here- and don't argue)my sig looks nothing like the one on the card, they swipe the card hand it back and I put it away then they say sign here and it was never looked at.

2 things I'm unlikely to do:
Buy with CC in a shop
Buy from that shop........

The only place the card is heading is in the bin .
