657754	2008-04-10 11:12:00	Is anyone else experiencing issues with Westpac's online banking? I logged in to check my Visa statement this evening, and found that every transaction has jumped 5 days forwards (e.g. from 27th March to 1st April) :groan:. Transactions that have previously shown up on the correct date seem to have moved. I find it especially concerning that this is moving transactions out of the 2007/08 financial year and into the 08/09 one - very emphatically not where I want them! Is anyone else experiencing this issue?	Erayd (23)

657756	2008-04-11 01:40:00	I haven't had my Visa for long, but I think it puts a charge in on the day that the transaction is approved (ie. at the time of purchase), then moves it when it's actually charged.	Nermal (7077)

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I don't think that matters, as long as your receipt shows you paid the amount in the 07/08 year. You however probably need to contact the bank, they make heaps of money off charges and fees, so you may as well get you moneys worth.	robbyp (2751)
