| 656726 | 2008-04-07 04:10:00 | Might sound a bit vague but we have family mobiles and I look after work mobiles, all with Telecom. All mixture of brands. Some are just turning off randomly for no reason. Is that something others get or phone now has a fault. | 656728 | 2008-04-07 08:53:00 | Depends on the brand / make / model etc If they're turning off randomly then it could be a loose connection. Try taking a small piece of paper (maybe 1cm x 4cm) and fold it in half twice. Place that between the battery and the battery-cover. Otherwise contact Telecom for repairs advice :) |
