| 798038 | 2009-08-04 08:59:00 | I have an error problem that I cannot resolve. When I click on my Email icon I get the following error message. "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open outlook window". I can open Excel and Word. I used the DVD to repair the Office 2007 programs but still get the same problem. If I use system restore from a few days ago, will that correct the problem? If not, will I need to fully restore the programs and if so will I lose my emails? How can I save them? |

| 798040 | 2009-08-04 09:10:00 | Try opening office diagnostics under Microsoft Office Tools in the Start menu. If that doesn't fix your problem, start Outlook in safe mode by holding ctrl while you click it. Blam |

| 798041 | 2009-08-04 10:07:00 | At this stage I can't fix the problem as I am not sure. Outlook uses a PST file which can be copied to another location. In the event you get to the stage where you can open Outlook I suggest you grab this add on. www.microsoft.com |
