Cos My Mate Has It They just compress images, they're hardly worthwhile if you *arent* on Dial-Up, and not even really then ... One way to speed up the "feel" of browsing would be to: 1) Install an AdBlocker such as Privoxy 2) Set your DNS servers to OpenDNS: 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 3) Get a faster plan with your ISP -- Thats WHY you're limited to those speeds, you won't get faster. +1 for Metla's karma ;) |
