797218 2009-08-01 23:42:00 Hi ya. I guys. I just purchased a Compaq S3100an, because our motherboard died. I understand takes, PC2700. I have had a look, on Trade Me, and there is lots of DDR ram, but not sure if the PC2700 is compatable with our types. Would appreciate and advice. Thanks, Ian. ianhnz (4263)

So you'll be ok with DDR400 (PC3200) usually (dont think you'll find PC2700 (DDR333) easily).
