If no-one complains, there would be no incentive for the providers to improve. Why be grateful for what you have, when what you have is Third World and we are supposed to be living in a First World country. (Off topic - what is a Second World country???) Even if that isnt at a university, school or business, there is no way in hell. I'm with Telecom's fastest plan and the download speed has never been higher than 6956Kbps download at any New Zealand server. |
