797529 2009-08-04 00:48:00 Did you extract the files first? Everything worked for me, I got a Setup.exe in the Utility folder and various folders for different versions of windows with driver files in them in the Drivers folders

What are you opening the file with?

I download to windows downloads, then open via right click and the rest I have told you.No mention of opening zip etc?

I did unzip, but it gives options of Xp and older but no Vista?

797530 2009-08-04 01:55:00 Ah so you're using Vista. It might be the problem.

You could try using the XP driver as Vista is quite similar, though and it might work anyway.

See if Vista will install one. Sometimes it does, somethimes it doesnt

As soon as you plug something in, XP/Vista will automatically try to find drivers for it.

Cicero-Try going update driver>browse>select the drivers from Agent_24s link.
