657748 2008-04-10 21:37:00 You never know, spammers may also read PCWorld:)

Also I do remember that the forums were spammed not long ago by someone advertising similar TV software, in a response to a post, about someone trying to make a profit by selling tv software on trademe, that was available for free by downloading it. Spammers are getting more and more tricky, and even more difficult to pick. It isn't inconceivable that a spammer would Google a product that they sell, see that it is mentioned in PC world, and then setup a fake testimonial. All they want is the name of the product on the net (eg. in a popular forum) so that google will pick it up and rank it's website higher.

That may be so but in this case I don't give a toss. I didn't see it on the PCW DVD and now I'll give it a go.

Don't get me wrong. I hate spammers, and amiga501 could be one, probably is one. But with maybe 0.001% of spam related information, the info is worth knowing. But if amiga501 thinks that Pf1ers will actually shell out $$ to pay for the product, they have it wrong cuz we are way too smart, and cheap!

For some reason they don't accept the program version included on the PCWorld DVD. (Just mentioning this again to save you some time:banana)
