Do you want the cabinets to be an eyesore? IIRC the original plans included more cabinets even closer to the people they served which would have meant that they would be smaller. | PaulD (232) | ||

They are large due to the governments unbundling policies, and the requirement for other isps to install their own equipment in them. I guess you could call this another negative result of unbundling. PS. It is not as fugly as the thick telstra cables that line the streets in Wellingstion and it's suburbs. At least telecom put their new cables underground. |
