| 798731 | 2009-08-06 06:18:00 | Hi Folks. A club list in Excel 2007 has the usual personal details including email addresses. In preparation for emailing a newsletter rather than posting it, is it possible to translate the Excel listing in to OE's Contacts list? Not my task, fortunately, but I have some sympathy for the lady who will have to manually tranfer this data some time down the track. Any beneficial thoughts appreciated. :rolleyes: |

| 798732 | 2009-08-06 06:22:00 | Export the address book as a CSV file, open that in Excel then save as an Excel file. To elaborate on that, open Address Book > File > Export > Other Address Book > Text File (Comma Separated Values) > name the file > choose fields required > Finish. |
