Would be interested in hearing about the problems. Are they with reliability, or with the support they get when they contact them? |

Orcon do not have naked adsl. They do have a normal phone plus flat rate calling plan. They have had some issues with their unbundling roll-outs. This is broadband via their own equipment as opposed to Telecoms equipment. I have a business landline with them and have had no problems at all. |

It was a billing problem which they screwed up and would not admit and were just giving them the usual big business run around. I was with them years ago and gave up on them when they wouldn't get their act together in regards to paying them via internet banking which I had been doing for a couple of years with another firm. |
