| 799665 | 2009-08-09 09:29:00 | Rather strange symptoms. It doesn't make a lot of logical sense to have slow mouse performance tied to the screen effect you see. With that in mind, we need to cast a wide net to try to close in on the problem. Have a look at the event viewer to see whether Vista is reporting problems. The system log may be useful.
