799313	2009-08-09 06:33:00	Blam talked me through the procedures and now all fixed thanks. He is a very knowledgeable and very patient young man. We eventually did a system restore from the C drive. The system restore cannot be too old (even though we had to go back five restore points) because only recently did I add AZZ Cardfile to the laptop (previously only had on the PC and was not using). The AZZ Cardfile is still there. We thought that I would have to re-install etc which would not have been a major at all, however I did not even have to do that. Many thanks Blam.
