Allows you to ID a song (if it is in their database) by playing music through your microphone.

More or less like Telecom's short lived Song ID

Trust Telecom to get it backward. Can you record through the speaker?

660296 2008-04-21 01:41:00 I have always been attracted to neat and tiny but useful utilities.

Here are a couple of my current favourites:

For a very fast defragmenter try Power Defragmenter Gui (www.softpedia.com).

Ever been pissed of by those flash videos that load ephemeral fla*.tmp files into your temp folder, only to disappear with a poof! when you close the player window???

Now you can grab them by the short and curlies before they go poof! rename them to a .flv extension and copy them somewhere convenient, using a very neat little program called Unlocker (www.softpedia.com)

660300 2008-04-21 04:23:00 I use most of the above mentioned freeware, and made my own freeware list which I uploaded to the net for reference (in my sig below) and to share with others. Some good sites are; The 46 Best ever Freeware (www.techsupportalert.com) (has good category descriptions), the relatively unknown concise software (www.concisefreeware.com/) and ksourcecer (http:). Also Snapfiles freeware (www.snapfiles.com) is comprehensive (has user reviews, and ratings)... kahawai chaser (3545)
