| 800442 | 2009-08-12 21:38:00 | Morning All, I was at work yesterday when I received an email (spam) from my hotmail account, apparently from me, in my work email account. I also received it in a couple of other email addresses that I have, so I presume it was sent to all in my address book in hotmail. I have all the usual protection on my PC. This morning I scanned my puter with NOD and malware bytes, all clean. How does that happen? Is it infecting hotmail or my PC? How do I stop it happening? Is that person/bot/thingy still infecting my hotmail? As usual, any help much appreciated! :p |

| 800443 | 2009-08-13 00:09:00 | Worms. Could have been caused by anything. Most likely via an email attachment or flash drive etc. Scan with a few more antispywares, such as Spyware Terminator, SUPER Antispyware and Dr Web CureIt. You might want to make sure that you have a firewall...to stop malware communicating and distrubuting itself over networks. Post a HijackThis log for analysis Blam |
