Ahmed It's not that no-one WANTS to help, it's just that by International Laws about copyright infringement and creative licenses, blah, blah, blah, many people's hands are tied. Maybe even importing the music you want is illegal in Palestine...I don't know for sure and don't want to kick the political football over that. The country in which you live...if it regulates into oblivion or just wants fees for importing should always be your concern and asking someone to help you create a legal "error" isn't really "cricket" .........if you'll pardon my non-Yank terminology. I live in the US and we have so far, a law that allows us to play/record/play-back music and other peripheral material for later use by the "Proxy-Use Law" that I am sure is about to be rescinded and becomes null and void pretty soon. Blame Hollywood and greedy producers, as the real artists don't get much in the form of residuals from those fees now, and I expect that they will also NOT get any remuneration in the future either with any new legislation. There is no way of getting the cow back into the barn once it's out enjoying the sunshine. But all that doesn't solve your problem...... The one best thing is that you are getting "air-time" for your problem right now on a very international website and I am sure that somehow you'll get this all figgered out to your advantage without breaking any international treaties or laws. This part has me intrigued: "I am from Palestine and ..." Are you "from" or "IN" Palestine? I sincerely hope it all works out fer ya. . |
