663501 2008-04-29 03:15:00 why are they bothering? I've gotten away with selling much more expensive things, and I got way less feedback than you... makes me a little suspicious, have you any way to verify the email is genuine? Not some random who has connected your trademe user name with your email and now they want to steal your geniune CD key for that game?

Just to be safe, I'd never post any cdkey details etc. anyways, even if it is genuine incase they're noobs and put it up or something. Just send them like 2 pictures, one picture with a bit of the cd (enough to show it is the same disc in the 2nd pic) and zoomed up on the date, then 2nd pic from further away just to show it all together.

Yes, they shouldn't do it via email, as emails can be easily spoofed, and they are actually not following safe internet practices by doing it via email . A hacker or spammer could easily send the same email, and redirect you to a fake trademe website, and get your personal details . They should have a system on their website that has a message that pops up when you login, that you must upload a photo for proof .

Also if you critise them on their forum, even slightly, you can get your messages deleted, and you can even have your membership deleted .

663507 2008-04-29 13:40:00 Because the game came with your 8800GT it is an OEM release and thus not allowed to be sold by itself. Unless it came in its box which is usually not the case with games that come with GPU's. trinsic (6945)

Yeah - I remember reading a article where Microsoft were taking measures to prevent sellers on e-bay selling their products separately, originally from bundle packs with a PC...
