The waterpipe is pvc ducting so wouldn't rust, PaulD, my insurance says they want to know exactly what caused the leaky pipe so I will have to wait till Thursday when plumber comes back. Turns out he is a mate of the landlord who owns the rented house next to me, which is also affected by same problem because we share the same driveway and pipe. |

Councils are unlikey to recommend a specific plumber just in case they are crap and you then blame the Council for recommending them (10 years ago they would've given you their opinion on a good one, not anymore) |
