664868 2008-05-05 15:11:00 I got my iMate JasJam parallel imported. Cost me less than half the going market rate at the time. Why would I offer up a sacrificial offering of a thousand dollars to Vodafone, just for the heck of it? :(

Love the phone :D

664869 2008-05-06 07:49:00 I'm sure Telecom brought a batch of mobiles from t-mobile from the USA (they had slightly different model numbers); I guess they were adapted to the Telecom Network in NZ. It's a question if they would (or could) do so for private imported phones...

T-Mobile is a GSM network.

664870 2008-05-06 09:37:00 My phone is provided by work so comes as part of a vodaphone package, Its a horrible nasty piece of cheap junk that retails for $700, Criminal.

If I was buying it then any $80 phone would do, Though if I were to spend more it sure as hell wouldn't be through any Vodaphone retail outlets.
