I had thought of starring a web site called Judgewatch which would report sentences given out buy judges as reported in the local papers. But then I realised that in some ways, judges are restricted in the amount of jail terms they can give by the number of space sin the jails. Its almost as if someone in the "corrections" department rings them up each day and says we can only take 2 new sum bags today. |
