| 802556 | 2009-08-19 21:21:00 | Probably the noise is coming from the HT lead where it enters the tube. It is most likely caused by a build up of dust. Take the case off and wipe away the dust and swivel the HT lead left and right 2 or 3 times and that should cure it until next time. Caution make sure the monitor has not been going for at least 30 to 45 mins before you do this as you end up lying flat on the floor from a electric shock. :) |
