802353 2009-08-19 02:10:00 Sometimes, when attaching photos, instead of showing up in the attachment bar they are received in the body of the email, and are about twice screen size. I am using Outlook 6 from Office 2000.

Can I avoid this? As usual MS help doesn't.

802355 2009-08-19 06:57:00 Hi Brucem

I sometimes find that it depends on the picture quality. In particular to the dpi used for the picture. Using photoshop, or Paint.net which is free and GREAT, change the picture to 72 dpi and save is as something like nameofphoto-72dpi.xxx before sending, unless you are expecting the recipient to print our good quality prints from the file. This also has the advantage of hugely reducing the file size.
