| 801930 | 2009-08-17 11:17:00 | I think I shorted a usb port on my Dell minitower and now it won't boot up properly. The PSU starts as soon as it is plugged in and there is a light on the MB but the screen remains blank. What could I try? |

There are also diagnostic lights on the back labelled A, B, C and D. What combination light up? Also, what condition are the capacitors on the motherboard in? Any with bulging tops and/or leaking? |
