666988 2008-05-07 12:11:00 I have Windows XP Profession Service Pack 2. I can't activate windows due to the CD Key (I got off google, seems to be exceeded). Can you activate Windows with a Product Key? If so.. where can I get a product Key? I can't find them on Google.

The cd key is legal.. I got it off Google ;/
I tried activating it over the internet, requires a product key - can I fix this?

I went on my CD XP Professional SP2-OEM *found my CD Key* tried putting it in. Still doesn't work :/

666990 2008-05-07 14:03:00 You have to call Microsoft and give them your OEM CDKey. They will present you with a new one. The number is a 0800 so is free NZ wide :) trinsic (6945)

Asking for advice with pirating software is against the forum rules. This is very clearly pointed out in the rules you agreed to when registering on this forum.

2. If you own a XP OEM CD with a certificate of authenticity (COA) and that number does not work, then ring your local Microsoft office and explain the situation to them.
