| 666733 | 2008-05-06 21:32:00 | I've got a really nice, almost brand new, Motorola MotoKRZRk1 phone. It has a flip screen which has snapped completely off. I'm wondering if this is a) fixable? b) worth it? c) where to get it fixed. It cost around $400 new, and can be bought on Trademe, new, now for around $250. Thx. |

Man - you just wouldn't believe how complex these things can be. I'm having to represent myself - she's already spent nearly ten grand in legal fees, and it'll probably be double that before its all over. |

Yeah I looked at fixing it myself - I'm pretty handy, but in this case there's a bunch of electronic filaments that have to be re-connected in the right places, and neither knowing which goes where nor how to actually re-connect such delicate things... well that's beyond me. |

I hope you do have someone atleast advising you. Dont let her cheat you of anything! |

I have the INTAWEB for advice! Fact is I can't afford a lawyer and I don't qualify for legal aid. However I am good at research and I have the entire Act and the Rules printed out which I'm using. |
