802538	2009-08-19 08:50:00	Hello Guys, Have got as customers computer and they would like this program "Steps" (childrens learning program) to run. But whenever it loads I get the 0xc0000005 error and program won't load Have tried cleaning the registry and plenty of other fixes found by google but to no avail. System is XP Home SP3. any ideas? Thanks guys. Also tested software on Test PC, works fine.	radium (8645)

802540	2009-08-19 08:58:00	Have run Maywarebytes, Trojan Remover, Rouge remover, comodo Regscan, CCleaner, Found a few malware entries, removed them. Swapped out RAM. No difference, Should I try more Malware removal programs?	radium (8645)

If you're using another videocard (not the onboard one), then you need drivers for that card (not update drivers for the onboard videocard). 802546	2009-08-19 09:52:00	Thanks speedy, Just check System requirements and the graphics only requires 8MB, and the onboard is 64MB but it does also say it needs to support Open GL and maybe the onboard doesn't support it.	radium (8645)
