| 1442450 | 2017-11-28 22:06:00 | It doesn't effect me personally but I thought it might be useful to point out you can set up filters and tags in Gmail to make it obvious what mail came from where. For example I created a "dugimxxx" tag (not really - the real one would be broadcasting my xtra Email address :)) and then set up a filter that uses that tag for anything with my old address in the to field. That way I can glance at my inbox in Gmail and see there are currently 3 E-mails that were sent to my old address. Makes it easier as I try to stop using the old address. |

| 1442453 | 2017-12-01 01:46:00 | I used my gmail and I sent it to my Clear.Net that I didn't set up forwarding - works. I received the test email thru pop.clear.net.nz :D I am not sure about sending it with smtp.clear.net.nz because in the past it might have not worked so for some time now I just use Yahoo's smtp server. But I can still receive my Clear.Net emails thru their pop server. I didn't enable mail redirection. |

Usually take 3 BUSINESS days, so that doesn't include weekends, mine took 4 from memory. Easy way to tell once its been changed over, the original email will suddenly stop working cant send or receive.Doesn't matter if the original username/password and settings were correct it simply wont work. |
