| 1441414 | 2017-11-01 00:54:00 | I actually think ccleaner had a awful lot to do with it yes.... possibly not the only thing, but a major culprit yes. I have uninstalled it and set a new restore point thanks to the help above. as for some reason I cannot get it to restore to any date I tried. so its seems to be running fine, I gave up trying to install printer last night and will have another go today....... if I feel like the stress...lol using the install tool it did not work. but I cant remember which site i read the instructions on that said use usb cable to set up wifi............ as all my history got wiped out over the last few days shenanigans..... I actually stick to pretty much the same sites, pages and programs and rarely venture into unknown unsafe territory, but wouldnt be surprised if there are things lurking on my pc that should not be there....... especially the one on the keyboard :p Thanks all, much appreciate the kind help and patience to understand my ramblings :) |

| 1441416 | 2017-11-01 09:46:00 | LOL thats ok............... actually the idea of hitting it with a hammer appealed............... but maybe I secretly kicked it instead, cos Im now sporting a moon boot for a few weeks......... :o so cant drive....... which means I also cant work....... pretty tough when you are a relief teacher reliant on that income lol will have much more time to terrorise the pc tho lol and drive myself nutty.........:D nuttier maybe :p |
