Superheater is an expression for an electric hot-water cylinder in this case, (in the rest of the world it is a device to convert wet steam into dry steam). |

Normally a piece of pineapple wedge on the glass and if youre lucky they also add a fermented cherry, all shaded by a tiny parasol. Not easy to grow sweet cherries in the tropics but I assume that's why they ferment them to mask their sourness. |
