USB 3.0 has 9 contacts :) 5 are easy to see right away the others not so easy. I may have written that wrong before, USB 3 has extra contacts. Depends on how technical you want to get. ;) |

I have a 9yr old system still holding out until it gets to 10yrs. USB2.0 I do not use cos too slow for backups. I use eSATA. You're talking about 1hr for USB3 and maybe something like 5 or 6hrs with USB2.0. |
