803534 2009-08-23 04:57:00 Anybody able to point me to where I can legally download Office 2007 Ultimate.

I already have a product key form MS NZ and the ultimate steal deal they were doing. I tried downloading from there but it failed ever time and I've now exceeded the max number of download attempts.

Cheers

So if you have a product key where did that come from? Got the original packaging? Was it a trial version?

803538 2009-08-23 05:44:00 Got the product key form here (www.microsoft.com).

Tried talking to Microsoft on Friday didn't get anywhere was on hold for ages and then got dropped when they transferred me. I'm rather busy atm so don't often have the time to sit on the phone to places like that for ages, but will find the time if it the only option.

803541 2009-08-23 06:09:00 Check with your local IT Guy at your Tertiary department. I'm sure they ought to have an image set up on their server. bob_doe_nz (92)
803542 2009-08-23 06:36:00 If you get really stuck and cant get a copy of Ultimate - you can always download the free trial of professional (trial.trymicrosoftoffice.com) - I just tried it, and my Ultimate Key works perfectly on the Professional version - main difference is you wont have office Groove & Info path.

I downloaded the Trial Pro - and used my Ultimate key, just to try it - and it worked - but use yours at your own risk -- Eg: may not accept it. its a 600 odd MB download. ( two files, one is Outlook contact Manager)

PS: There is no Ultimate trial AFAIK - other wise you could have used that.

803543 2009-08-23 06:50:00 Hey Wainui thanks for that. Had looked for an ultimate trial.

Do you know if you download the infopath trial seperately, if it will require a different key or just integrate itself?

Also is anyone else seeing this (www.imagef1.net.nz) when they click on the link to download one of the trials?

Bob our IT support guys won't give us anything like that and its not availible for us ComSci students as far as I know.
