802876 2009-08-20 10:40:00 Hey guys and gals,

I just installed Windows 7 on my PC and am now in need of a way to fax documents. I know it's possible to fax from a PC but don't know how to or what I need. I don't have a fax modem or anything and am hoping someone could recommend one that would work with Windows 7.

Cheers.

802879 2009-08-20 11:23:00 Some ISPs have a fax service. You may want to look into it. Even if you don't have a fax modem. Nomad (952)
802880 2009-08-20 11:26:00 You'll have t get a modem compatible with vista. Then use windows fax & scan. It's about as basic as it gets. You can find quite a few free pc fax programs on the internet. Just try them all until you find one you like Phil B (648)

802883 2009-08-20 18:57:00 Hi springa886
Best thing after bread and butter is email to fax and fax to email.
An affordable solution is here (www.digitalisland.co.nz) and here (blog.2talk.co.nz).
So your fax becomes accessible wherever you have email.
