| 668051 | 2008-05-12 06:40:00 | my thoughts to issue facing NZ...... the issues: tax. health. education. crime. my answers: no tax on the first 15k earned. this helps everyone. then to re-gain the tax we have a new tax bracket for over $120k which is taxed at about 45c for the health system, cut the managers, up the doctors pay, bond new doctors to NZ in return for cheep uni fees. for the education system, we need to get back to the basics, reading and writing for all. if you can read well then you can learn all sorts of good things. the justice system needs to go very hard on all offenders, no more of the getting out early for good behaviour. three strikes? |

| 668052 | 2008-05-12 08:26:00 | Raise the 60k tax bracket, hasnt changed in 10 years, yet we have about a 50% salary increase in that time, guess the government is getting it all ah! Sack half of the MP, as they are not required, abolish anything Maori, as in Maori Health, Maori Loans etc etc, Get rid of health managers, there should only be doctors there, justice?, send all violence criminal to Stewart Island to fend for themselves. Not sure about education, perhaps bring back loci parenti and the CANE! How about yearly refrendums so the government knows what we want, cause lets face it, they forget as soon as the get elected.... |

How about yearly refrendums so the government knows what we want, cause lets face it, they forget as soon as the get elected.... Totally agree with above. Cullen's been raking it in yet the greedy, miserly, scrooge-like bastard insists on screwing every last cent out of hard-working New Zealanders. And then Labour shrug their shoulders when asked why so many people are buggering off overseas. (of course - this suits them just as long as non-Labour voters are the ones leaving) Ah yes - Labour have it all planned to engineer society in such a way to ensure the majority of future voters are Labour. Encouraging the non-conformers to leave the country is all part of the plan. As is granting interest free student loans (which people look back on for years), all the social-engineering and constructing a welfare state full of bludgers dependent on the government tit for their very survival. Labour's answer to everything = if it moves, tax it. If it smells, tax it too. (who can forget the proposed 'fart tax') If it doesn't smell, tax it even more (carbon tax - now disguised as 'carbon trading'). |

Because those that earn the money will reap the benefits of their effort and hard work. Funny thing, I was talking with the wife just the other day about the election, She's going to vote labour so our working for families benefit isn't taken away. |

| 668058 | 2008-05-12 19:20:00 | National should be worried by this poll. Twice as many people want to vote labour out by voting for National than actually want to vote for National because of John Key or their policies (or lack of) |
