Seriously, Labour is looking tired. Cullen should have reduced taxes, this year. But I really don't trust Key and as already mentioned, his cabinet looks short of talent. |

And they're thick as planks . All they can do is crap on about those 'raids' but never ever do they talk about the epidemic that is crime committed by Maori people . |

| 668015 | 2008-05-11 05:36:00 | As I don’t trust National after what they did in the past (and with putting NZ internet back a number of years). I don't think you can blame national for putting the internet back years. It was labour who first sold telecom. What has labour done since then, for NZs internet? They missed the boat on unbundling, it should have been done at the turn of the century. At least national have a broadband policy. National will spend 1.5 billion on a new network, while labour are going to have to now spend $1.5 billion on an upgraded rail network over the next few years to make it usable. Which is better for the economy, good fibre optic internet infrastructure, that will last 100 years, or a good rail infrastructure (for an economy that is marketed as being knowledge based)? PS. Who thinks it is a good idea/fair that low income people may be getting a $1000 tax refund in the next budget |

She lasted no time at all before being rolled, a bit like Bill English, rolled for Don, and who contradicts his boss on a range of issues? Good summation... The other thing bad that Jenny Shipley did wrong was to give support to the young in the bringing down of the drinking age. She really didn't have a clue. Looked at her own kids who were probably very nice upstanding youths and said that all the youth could handle it. Wrong, wrong, wrong Jenny!!! Ken |

| 668018 | 2008-05-11 05:47:00 | As to voting National then that would be a no until such time as they come up with policy statements. I did not vote for Labour at the last two elections. As I have mentioned before the only POLL that counts is when people get off their tail end and VOTE if entitled to do so. At this time I know what I am getting and I do not like it much. But what is National going to work out for NZ as a whole? I have no idea and so far National has not told me. So, if you excuse me, I will sit on the fence until the election is held. On that day I will go cast my vote(s). I am allowed two as I understand it. |
