| 670001 | 2008-05-20 10:38:00 | To digress slightly, I know a few Burmese who seem pretty good people, but a Myanamarian sounds vaguely like he/she may have antennae and large luminous eyes. | R2x1 (4628) | ||
| 670002 | 2008-05-20 12:50:00 | It is very interesting doing a search on the above highlighted word. You are a strange lad. Do not do a an image search with safe search turned off. Blimmen eck. |

I did a Google search on "gumberment" and didn't get anything peculiar. As far as I know, it is a word of unknown origin that is used to denote a certain lack of respect for the apparatus of the state. I asked SWMBO about the word (which we both use from time to time), and she thought we invented it! Obviously she is wrong (I can say that safely cos AFAIK she doesn't read this forum), but lots of people use it, and I can't find out where it came from. What are you guys finding? |

| 670007 | 2008-05-21 03:09:00 | Rrriiiiiight! Actually, I've come across a few John Hs in my travels . Non like you though :p As an aside, is sissy getting more prickly, or am I being overly dainty . |
Murray P (44) | ||
| 670008 | 2008-05-21 03:25:00 | Sissy has always been prickly with me, so no change there! I may have unwisely pointed out in an early exchange that I was brought up in the area where he now squats, and commented that the land then was used for productive purposes, not lifestyle plots. Or it could be something else... | John H (8) | ||
