| 670231 | 2008-05-21 11:11:00 | yeah, it's so fun! played it some more, very unfortunate for my essay :( I see the countersteering in this game is so much more realistic, even though it is quite arcady, it seems more realistic in most handling than even GT5 (prologue) which is funny. And when you hit the walls, the crowd moves back a bit, and they yell and stuff, they yell too when you approach them and even louder if you're doing something fancy. it's too addictive. I also got this game earlier today (freeware) called TrackMania Nations Forever, thats a very nice looking racing game, totally arcade though, nothing realistic but the stages are very fun. Reminds me of all those hot wheels race stages, or those loops like in Sonic the Hedgehog :D Also quite an addictive racing game if you want to try it out Trev. It is much less taxing on the system (you should probably be able to run it fine on yours), though it still looks awesome. |

Graphics are the usual over-saturated blurred crap adopted from the console releases, Turn off AA and its revolting, Looks like porridge. Driving model is alright for what it is, Not quite as good as Toca 2 from 15 years ago, Just another slick and shallow game from Codemasters, as poor as the rest of the series.No doubt it will get positive reviews from people paid to never bother to play it after writing down their sponsored opinion. |

Of course they make it ever more ridicules when they market there arcade games as sims. |
