| 804705 | 2009-08-27 02:13:00 | I've recently updated FF (via the auto prompt) and my "favourites" or bookmarks have disappeared? Any way to get 'em back.? I also saw that if I add anything (add a bookmark) and I specify a folder, the file is dumped in the folder but the folder is nowhere to be seen. Probably same problem with both? sarel |

| 804707 | 2009-08-27 20:26:00 | Take note - the mentioned fix worked well - I just imported an automatic backup of the bookmarks (of which the system keeps 6) from a date before my FF update. It is well documented in the article mentioned. sarel |

| 804709 | 2009-08-27 21:49:00 | I use FEBE also, but specifically for Bookmarks I use Xmarks, which synchronises your bookmarks, each time you close FF, to a server on the web and allows browsing of those saved sessions to then download the set of bookmarks that you actually want to restore. Saved my bacon on more than one occasion... | johcar (6283) | ||
