| 805001 | 2009-08-28 11:31:00 | Hi - I am a teacher and have to log on to my school issued laptop with my name and password. When I do this, I get the windows xp screen with my own background picture on, then I also get a window come up on it saying 'running logoff scripts' then it goes back to having to put my username and password on. Please help. Thanks |

| 805004 | 2009-08-28 12:11:00 | Maybe this'll help forums.pcworld.co.nz failing that you may need to talk to your school network administrator (possibly is trying to connect with the schools server?, is there any other domains etc listed in the logon requester?). |

| 805005 | 2009-08-28 12:11:00 | See if you can get into safe mode with command prompt. If you can, At the command prompt, type C:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe <Press Enter> That will bring up system restore - run it back to before the problem started. PS: Welcome to PF1 :) |
