But just in case , Here are the forum rules (emphasis made by me ) : 8) No commercial posting, spamming, or otherwise using the forum to promote products and services purely for your own gain . This doesn't stop you recommending products and services to other users, nor does it stop a vendor discussing their products in relation to a post . But users who post purely to promote their business/website may find their threads deleted along with their user ID . Also : The only product I have pointed out as such (that were not directly connected to the question raised by the thread initializer) is the MSE toner cartridges , and since that were neither for peronal gain nor for profit but for simply helping others to see what I think I "missed out on" for a very long time then I have done absolutely nothing wrong . I haven't even tried the product myself because I had to order a replacement product, but I checked out the MSE site (because I don't buy without checking the stuff first - if I can help it) and spoke in person with a person from the place I ordered from ("local" supplier of ink and laser supplies) just to find out that I had to take a CHEAPER product, but pay the same price, because it were uncertain when the mentioned product again would be available . |
