He got 1.2m for the year ending 2 days before the company crashed (salary and bonus, surely that means something was amiss in the figures for the company?) He used 600k of the companies money to pay his tax (how does he get away with that?) He now wants 275k, 6 months pay 190k redundancy 63k holiday pay 99k expenses.... LMAO......haha, this guy knows how to rip people and companys off, I dont know how this guy walks, his balls must be so big.... Meanwhile, Bridgecorp investers will be lucky to get 16c in the dollar...!! I dont know...but something seems wrong here!!! |

| 673653 | 2008-05-29 11:12:00 | Thats the new "in" thing nowadays. The company pays the CEO a huge salary and then as a "bonus", pays the tax on it too and thus the company also has to pay fringe benefit tax. Completely retarded. |

He should be stripped of everything he has, including any trusts he has stashed away. And If I were one of his poor investors I would not be able to control myself If I saw him and his lawyer. |

I am sure he won't get away with it in the end. ALso what comes around goes around. I know a family who lost a lot of money through that company, and they will be lucky to get back 10 cents in the dollar. As the company is in receivership, he may be forced to pay back the money to the creditors anyway. I blame the government for all this mess, as they have been far to weak, and allowed these companies to rip hardworking kiwis off. |
