When i turn on the projector I dont get the usual blue screen with the sanyo logo and a countdown until the slash screen goes away, instead i get a nice white light from the moment i press the on button, when it's on and i press the input or menu buttons nothing happens but the white projection changes shade only slightly when i press buttons. I'm assuming the bulb isn't gone because its beaming out a bright light, perhaps the lcd inside it has died? if it is, is it worth replacing? or if its not the lcd what is it? easily fixed or expensive?
